These are the normal (approximate) positions for the buoys on Scammonden Water Sailing Club races. Please note that although we endeavour to maintain these positions it may be necessary to alter them slightly for various reasons throughout the season. Please check with Officer of the Day.
Also the Start/Finish Line in front of the OD Box will normally be the transit on the bank (red & white pole and the second transit pole on the bank). The exception to this is if the Officer of the Day decides on a start from another area of the lake. If this is the case the OD will brief sailors before racing starts.
